Do you need an EIN?

4. Do you withold taxes on income, other than wages, paid to non-resident alient?
5. Do you have a Keogh plan?
6. Are you involved with the following types of organizations?
- Trusts (except certain grantor- owned revocable trusts, IRAs, Exempt Organization Business Income Tax Returns)
- Estates
- Real Estate mortgage investment
- Non profit organization
- Farmers cooperatives
- Employee plans
